House unit number 49. Building completed in 1994 (new part) and in 1968 (old part). The old part has also been renovated in 1993. 33 studios and 46 family flats. The new part is a 5-storey and the old one 2-storey building. Buildings A-B are the new part and buildings C-D are the old part.

Location:

The building is located on the west slope of Niinivaara, about one kilometre east of the city core. See map.

Lift:

There is a lift in the 5-storey new part the building (entrance B).

Parking:

There are 42 parking spaces in the courtyard, and in the Pengerkatu car park (south of the building) there are 24 spaces reserved for the tenants of Huvilakatu 26. The spaces in the courtyard are equipped with electric plug sockets for heating. Book a parking space

Storage:

Each flat has its own storage for movable goods in the basement of the building, where there is also a common storage place for outdoor recreation equipment. In addition, there is a bicycle port in the courtyard.

Air-raid shelters:

The air-raid shelter is located in the basement of the building; see the rescue plan (in Finnish pdf-format).

The sauna:

There are 3 saunas in the building: two in the basement of the old part (entrances C and D) and one in the basement of the west gable of the new part. Book sauna session

Laundry:

The laundry rooms are in the basement of the building, one in entrance C and the other in the west gable of the new part; see booking a laundry time.

Ellinet:

The internet connections of the buildings have been implemented by means of the ADSL solution. See Ellinet connection.

TV and radio:

The buildings are connected to a cable television network (Elisa).

Waste disposal:

There are waste collection sheds in the courtyard; you are expected to sort your mixed waste, organic waste, and paper and cardboard waste.
