The building is located in the city centre of Joensuu, on the same lot as the Kalastajankatu 32 and Sepänkatu 15 buildings. See map. 

There is a lift in the building.

In the courtyard there are 47 parking spaces. See reserving a parking space. The spaces are equipped with electric plug sockets for heating, and the instructions for their use are in the link above. 

The storage places for outdoor recreation equipment are on the ground floor at each end of the building; the storages for movable goods are in the basement and on the ground floor.

There is an air-raid shelter in the building; see the rescue plan.

The saunas are on the ground floor; see booking a sauna. 

The laundry room is on the ground floor; see booking a laundry time. The instructions for the booking and use of the laundry room are in the above link. 

The internet connections of the building have been implemented by means of the Ethernet solution. See Ellinet connection. 

The buildings are connected to a cable television network (Elisa). 

There is a waste collection shed in the courtyard; you are expected to sort your mixed waste, organic waste, and paper and cardboard waste.
