The buildings are located in Noljakka, about 5 kilometres west of the city centre. See map. 

There are no lifts in the buildings. 

There are 37 parking spaces in the courtyard. See reserving a parking space. Twenty of the spaces are equipped with electric plug sockets for heating, and the instructions for their use are in the link above. 

The storage places for outdoor recreation equipment are on the first floor and in the basement of the buildings, and the storages for movable goods, one for each flat, are on the ground floor of entrance A and in the basement of entrance C.  

There is an air-raid shelter in the buildings; see the rescue plan (in Finnish pdf-format).

There is a sauna in the basement of entrance C; see booking a sauna. 

The laundry room is in the basement of entrance C; see booking a laundry time. The instructions for the booking and use of the laundry room are in the link above. 

The internet connections of the buildings have been implemented by means of the ADSL solution. See Ellinet connection. 

The buildings are connected to a cable television network (Elisa). 

There is a waste collection shed in the courtyard; you are expected to sort your mixed waste, organic waste, and paper and cardboard waste.
