The building is located in the city centre of Joensuu. See map. 

There is a lift in the building. 

There are 8 parking spaces in the courtyard for the tenants, accessible from the Kauppakatu side. See reserving a car-parking space. The spaces are equipped with electric plug sockets for heating, and the instructions for their use are in the link above. 

For each flat there is a storage for storing movable goods in the attic and a cold cellar in the basement. The storage place for outdoor recreation equipment is in the basement.  

There is no air-raid shelter in the building; see the rescue plan (in Finnish pdf-format).

There is a sauna on the ground floor; see booking a sauna. 

The tenants can use the laundry room in the Koulukatu 30b building; the key can be picked up at our customer service; see booking a laundry time. The instructions for the booking and use of the laundry room are in the link above. 

The internet connections of the buildings have been implemented by means of the ADSL solution. See Ellinet connection. 

The buildings are connected to a cable television network (Elisa). 

There is a waste collection shed in the courtyard; you are expected to sort your mixed waste, organic waste, and paper and cardboard waste.
